- When entering or leaving the Do Jang, always bow to the flags.

- You are not allowed to smoke, drink, chew gum, or wearshoes or jewelry on the
training floor. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted on the school premises.

- No four letter words, either direct or implied, will be spoken in the Do Jang
- Always respect and obey your instructor. Always call him or her by Mr/Ms/Mrs and their
last name.
- When you meet your instructor, or when entering or leaving theinstructor's office,
come to attention and bow politely from waist
- When called by the instructor, are asked a question, or when you ask a question,
acknowledge the instructor by using "Sir" or "Ma'am"
- All Students must be well groomed during any class session or Tae Kwon Do activity.
All nails must be neatly trimmed, uniform clean, and hair pulled back out ofthe eyes
- When straightening your uniform, ALWAYS turn away from the flags, your instructor,
and anysenior members, then return to your original position.
- Junior members must always respect senior members. Senior members must always
help junior members.
- NO students are permitted to show or teach alower belt any technique, both in and
out of the Do Jang, unless, specifically permitted by your instructor.

- NO free sparring may be engaged unless permitted by your instructor. Black belt
must be present to supervise free sparring.
- If you must be absent for more than one week, please inform the instructor ahead
of time.
- All students must be current with tuition and other payments. Due date for monthly
fees is the first of the week.
- The school is not responsible for lost orstolen articles. Please safegaurd all your
personal articles.

- Members are always welcome to make suggestions to improve the school. Always
help recruit new members.
- Do Jang means "house of discipline". Do notmake loud noises, laugh, or disturb
class(es) in progress, No horseplay will be tolerated in the Do Jang at any time.

Meaning of Tae Kwon Do
TAE - Feet, smashing with kicking technique KWON - Fists, smashinh with hand techniques DO - Art of
Putting it all together, TAE KWON DO is the self-defense martial arts utilizing both hand and foot techniques, which is originated in Korea.
